gosh. its nearly february already.

random statements from the past week.

my birthday was good. many birthday wishes, many birthday gifts.
thanks guys =)

disney night was fun. loads of ppl came! more than i expected anyway. and i realised my violin costs as much as aiman's raptor. totally cool.

floorball training was really fun. really enjoy the sport, as much as dragon boating.

i finally finished my art portfolio. for the past week, i haven done any work except my portfolio. but im really proud of it.

im forcing myself to swim. cause im not supposed to run. i really dislike swimming.

i get to go maldives. yayy.

i saw a hot guy in nj. surprise surprise.

i realised that i dont wanna leave nj. not that its a really awesome school or anything, just that ill really miss my life in nj and i dont wanna go out into the real world. i think by the end of four years ill have alot to say to the ppl in ip.

to you: i want things to stay the way they are.


the j1s are scary.

they mug in the library on the SECOND day of school.
there are more j1s in the library than j2s.
when i saw them my mouth really dropped.

orientations over. wasnt as good i guess, maybe cause its a second orientation and also cause of the stupid rain. but nevetheless, it was a pretty memorable one. got to know a couple of j1s.

i only went for half an hour of dance party and it had to end!!

im so sad. cause our og was downstairs writing notes to each other. so we went up really late. and i was just getting high. so sadd.

im so confused over my cca. i have no idea what to join. im kinda in floorball, strings, piano and art club now. oh mann.

i said no five times in a row. dont you get it?


tmr is the first day of school. a new year once again.

2006 was a good year, one of the best years i must say.

ive met many new people, many different personalities, and many new events.

a couple of memorable events of 2006:

- road run, with jo, its all in the mind

- danga bay! wow.

- national schools canoeing b div 2006, with sabu, heart and soul

- LLCM diploma exam, 12 years of hard work

- track and field meet, with shufang, crystal, fangyu and the guys, how we calculated the points so many times and felt real sad when we realised we would end up losing the ip cup to 03.

- floorball a div nationals, the surprise win, and all the fun we had

- OBS!! canoeing, sailing, tent pitching, memories that will last a lifetime

- ISL myanmar, the national day songs we sang on the bus, the late nights, the star gazing, i will remember dearly

and all those special moments of 2006:

all those races with my team, ill never forget. the team camaraderie, the fun we had, (though a different kind of fun), those long grueling study sessions and trainings, it was an unforgettable year.

those self motivated morning jogs with bingxin, shufang, crystal and fangyu, those gym sessions, sometimes i wonder how i ever managed to motivate myself to self train.

and the fun i had with my classmates, in class - all the nonsense and singing of national day songs even when national day was months away, those anti-ak sessions, not to mention our class bbqs, and our class chalet - highest turn up and stayover rate in the whole level! its been two years now, they passed really quickly, and in another two years, we are leaving for good.

how i wish year after year would be like today, ill be eagerly awaiting the start of a new year, the start of a new year with you guys.

and of course, there were the down moments:

the day we lost our national schools title.

oh, and did i mention my grades last year are the worst in my whole life.

a couple of failed friendships, the day i realised people werent who i thought they were.

but the good far outweighed the bad last year.

may 2007 be an even better year, for all those of you who are reading this, and for me.


i went to the zoo today with munyee and xinhui. i havent been to the zoo in 5 years. frankly speaking, it has improved quite a lot, with all their fancy signs and new enclosures.

theres fungi growing on the polar bear. poor thing. stuck in a tropical climate which im sure even with all those moisture blowing fans issnt comparable to the arctic. and theres a sign outside which says "save the arctic!" what irony.

i have started hating the animal shows. the animals are forced to perform les they wont get food. thats pretty mean, i think. but hey, the zoo needs its visitors.

its 15 bucks per entry okay. and i thought it was gonna be like 3.

singapore is too small. poor little youngsters have to resort to going to the zoo.
